Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 3 September 2026 · Effective date: 3 September 2026

These terms govern the purchase of digital products from the KeraKult website. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are (the seller)

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the online digital products sold here: individual master-classes and the foundation course (The KeraKult Method). In-person workshops at the Prague studio are booked and paid for separately (via Instagram or WhatsApp) and are not covered by these terms.

3. The products

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and are final (no VAT is added). We may offer a starter price for a limited time or to a limited number of buyers; that price may rise afterwards. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay.

5. Ordering

You place an order by completing the checkout and paying. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, and you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

6. Payment

Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

7. Access and delivery

These are digital products delivered online. Access is granted immediately or shortly after successful payment, by email and/or through your account.

8. Your account and access

Your access is personal to you. Keep your login details confidential. You may not share, lend, sell or transfer your account or access, and only you may use what you buy. We may suspend or end your access — without a refund — if the account is shared, if the content is copied or redistributed, or if these terms are seriously breached.

9. One-time purchases

Every master-class and the course are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews or bills automatically. Once you buy a product, your access to it does not expire.

10. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you would normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase under Czech law (§ 1829 of the Civil Code). Because these are digital products delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly ask us to give you access right away and acknowledge that, once access is opened, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies (§ 1837). Online purchases are therefore, as a rule, non-refundable once access has been opened.

If a payment was taken in error, or a product was not delivered to you, contact kerakultceramics@gmail.com and we’ll put it right.

11. Complaints

If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us at kerakultceramics@gmail.com. We’ll acknowledge your complaint and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible, and no later than 30 days. As a consumer you may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution. General consumer dispute-resolution information for the EU is available from the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

12. Intellectual property & licence

All videos, guides, PDFs and other materials are owned by or licensed to KeraKult and are protected by copyright. When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own, non-commercial use. You must not record, download (beyond any download we expressly provide), copy, share, publish, resell or use them commercially, and you must not give anyone else access to your account. A breach may end your access without a refund and may lead to legal action.

13. Availability, changes and force majeure

We may update, replace or retire individual master-classes and features over time; anything you have already bought stays available to you. We are not liable for interruptions or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — for example service outages, third-party failures or force majeure.

14. Liability

We provide the content with care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for the results you achieve or for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order; the current version is always published here.
